Legal Agreement

Dear Student:

Purchasing access to the online course and/or quiz bank is for one student only.  Pass codes cannot be sold, shared, or lent to any person other than the legal purchaser.

RxPrep's website staff periodically monitors log-in access. In cases where access codes are used from different remote sites and/or are being used by two sites concurrently, the user has violated the log-in agreement and will be subject to legal prosecution by RxPrep's legal counsel. The account will be closed after one warning.

In order not to jeopardize your legal standing do not share your pass codes.  In addition, this type of action violates the oath of a pharmacist to practice honestly and ethically. Please be sure to log-off one computer if you plan to visit the course/quiz from another computer.

Persons in violation of the copyright agreement will have their cost reimbursed on a prorated basis less a 35 percent administrative fee.

In order to provide you with all the services included in your subscription and grant you access to this site, RxPrep, Inc. obtains information such as your name, address, email address, phone number, payment information, etc. We treat this information as confidential and use it to provide you with the best service possible.  The credit card information is not retained by us in any form once the purchase is complete.

RxPrep,Inc. does not release any personal information to any outside organization for such organization's own commercial or marketing use and has a policy against doing so. We do not engage in renting out, selling, or trading names of subscribers or any information about any subscriber.
