Return Policy

Course Book: No returns accepted on course books once packaging has been opened.

Live Courses: In the event you need to cancel your enrollment in a live course, RxPrep will refund the cost of the course in its entirety if course materials have not been received and opened, as long as the cancellation occurs within 14 days of the scheduled start date of the course. If course materials have been received and opened prior to the start of the course, the refund will be for the course fee minus $249 for the cost of the course materials.

Online Reviews and Combo Courses: Refunds are not accepted once login records indicate the user has accessed more than one online lecture. Likewise, if course materials have been received and opened, the cost of the materials ($249) will be subtracted from any refund given.
